ESM began as a small family business and we work hard to ensure we keep that family environment alive. Regardless of how many relationships we have within the business and with our external stakeholders we continue remain a team that are all aligned to our joint vision and purpose.
ESM utilises a teaming framework that enables us to support one another better for the benefit of our customers and other stakeholders. So even though you may be communicating with one Strata Manager who knows your property the best, they are supported by their greater strata team, a strong customer service and support team as well as a leadership team.
Most of the ESM staff members are also part of voluntary teams that support the business in other ways. For example we have an education and training team, legal team, business development team and events team who each work towards their own goals and projects to support the company.
Whilst we are a relatively small organisation, the diversity of our people and the teams they are a part of is something that we are very proud of and we believe is one of the main factors that has enabled us to become not only Western Australia’s largest dedicated strata management company but arguably WA’s market leader.
Every individual at ESM is offered a training levy to further their own education and all take part in internal training programs delivered by in-house specialists and external consultants. Our Strata-specific courses are backed by Strata Community Australia (WA), who are the peak industry body for employees and organisations working in the strata management services sector.
Our Leadership team includes Jake Kneebone, one of WA’s leading experts in the strata community, who has been actively involved in the industry for more than 35 years.

ESM Strata Management Team
Although your property may be represented by one specific Strata Manager at ESM, they are part of a larger Strata Team who support each other to ensure you receive the best service and most relevant advice when you require it. Our Strata Management teams are led by a dedicated team leader who is able to provide additional support and training to their team when required.

ESM Customer Service & Support Team
The CS&S team provides support in both administration and accounts to customers, suppliers and ESM staff. This team works closely with councillors and owners in some of the daily running and activities of their Strata Companies including providing communications to proprietors and handling invoices and work orders for maintenance work.
ESM Strata Environmental Team
The Environmental team focus on the environmental impact of the ESM Strata workplace and implement efficiencies that positively impact our footprint. The team has now moved its focus to supporting ESM Strata to make positive change in their schemes.
ESM Education Team
The Education team has spearheaded the implementation of the ESM Knowledgebase. The knowledgebase contains hundreds of answers, procedures and case studies that support staff when they need it. It is an invaluable resource to the team.
ESM Strata Social Club
The Social Club is executing the planning of extracurricular activities for the office to bring our employees closer on a personal level in a more relaxed environment. Social club also partakes in fundraisers for charity events and works in conjunction with the environmental team to bring awareness to sustainable initiatives.
ESM Team Leaders
ESM Strata’s Team Leaders focus on supporting the needs and efficiencies of the Strata Company Managers and Customers Service and Support team. The Team Leaders are a conduit for the communication between the team members, stakeholders, Leadership team and importantly ESM Strata’s clients.
ESM Marketing Team
The Marketing team within ESM is a voluntary team that comes together and evaluates how ESM is communicating their strengths and values to outside stakeholder groups
ESM Specialist Team
Our Specialist Team is a group of experienced Strata Managers that use their advanced Strata Titles Act knowledge and experience in the industry to support team members with difficult questions and strata issues.
ESM Business Development Team
The Business Development team represents ESM to wider stakeholder groups including non-ESM buildings, developers and service bodies.
